Todd is a member of GHN. He divides his practice among civil litigation, corporate law, construction law, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Civil Litigation: Todd represents insurance companies in the defense of claims and the determination of coverage issues. His litigation practice also includes construction defect disputes. Additionally, he counsels clients on litigation avoidance and represents clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings as a means of alternative dispute resolution. Todd was included in the MKE Lifestyle Magazine List of Best Lawyers 2024 – Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants.
Business/Real Estate: Todd advises business clients on corporate issues such as organizational documents, contract drafting and review, real estate acquisitions and sales. His real estate practice includes representing residential and commercial purchasers and sellers of real estate. In the context of construction law, Todd provides contract drafting and review and handles payment disputes and construction lien matters.
