Tom is a managing member of GHN. His practice focuses on civil litigation, representing insurance companies and their insureds. He has tried over eighty cases to verdict as lead counsel, in both federal and state courts. His cases include a wide variety of litigated disputes, including auto collisions, commercial construction defects, premises liability, Section 1983 claims, municipal liability/governmental immunity, and agricultural accidents. His insurance matters center on both liability determinations and coverage issues. Tom has served on the Litigation Section for the State Bar of Wisconsin.
