Tom has more than 50 years of legal experience and two years of running his own business.  His experience is varied.  He served nearly 14 years as Wisconsin general counsel of a large regional bank holding company.  In private practice, he represented publicly held companies, handling their corporate and securities law issues and filings.  Tom has represented all types of creditors in bankruptcy and other creditors rights proceedings.  He has presented banks and borrowers in financial transactions and has handled many real estate transactions, both commercial and residential.  Tom also has experience representing the buyers and sellers of businesses.  He is now focusing his practice on real estate transactions, general banking law matters, general corporate issues and limited business transactions.
