Lance is one of the founding members with GHN. He has been a career litigator, acting as defense counsel to multiple insurance companies over both liability and coverage issues. He has received the Wisconsin Leaders in the Law Award and has been designated a “Super Lawyer” multiple times. Lance devoted much of his time to the State Bar of Wisconsin on various committees, including the Office of Lawyer Regulation. He devoted significant amounts of his time to his community serving as an Emergency Medical Technician - Intermediate for the Town of Delafield Fire Department and as a member of the Ausblick Ski Club Ski Patrol.
