Erin is a member of GHN. Erin divides her practice between children's law and business/real estate law.

Children's Law: Erin is a fierce advocate for children and all families. Erin’s practice focuses on family protection and children’s issues. For family protection, Erin works with clients for parentage determination, surrogacy, egg donation, embryo donation and sperm donation. Other children’s issues are cases relating to adoption, foster care, guardianship, and termination of parental rights. She also ensures that every family is protected through estate planning, such as will preparation, powers of attorney and parental authority.

Business/Real Estate Law:  Erin has practiced as a trademark, patent and licensing attorney and maintains her registration with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Her current business law practice focuses on trademark and licensing. Erin provides general corporate and business law advice to her clients including contract preparation, corporate organization, non-profit organization   and lease negotiations.
