Dan is a managing member of GHN and is one of its civil litigation attorneys. He has focused his 20+ years of practice in the areas of insurance law and commercial litigation. His practice includes representing insurance companies and their insureds. Dan has tried many cases to verdict as lead counsel in Wisconsin state courts. His cases generally center on both liability determinations and coverage issues. Dan was named a Milwaukee Magazine Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006, 2009-2012, and a Milwaukee Magazine Super Lawyer in 2013-2024.
