Elizabeth divides her time between business and commercial litigation and cases related to children's issues, particularly adoption, termination of parental rights, foster parent issues and guardianships. She serves on the Board of Directors of La Casa de Esperanza, a Waukesha County non-profit organization.
Elizabeth Neary was recognized by the Wisconsin Lawyer Magazine with a Certificate of Commendation for her article entitled "In the Best Interest of Children: When Foster Parents May Keep Placement" (Sept. 2007).
