Suzanne assists with banking and transaction work, including handling uniform commercial code filings, transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, credit agreements, and associated ancillary documents and general corporate documents.
In addition, Suzanne assists the firm’s litigation department with document examination and management, drafting of pleadings, fact development, depositions, and trial preparation.
