Thomas G. Boyer

With over forty years of professional experience, two consisting of running his own small business, Tom knows the law and appreciates the challenges of business. Tom served nearly fourteen years as Wisconsin general counsel of a large regional bank holding company. In private practice, Tom has represented all types of creditors in bankruptcy and other creditors rights proceedings, has represented banks and borrowers in financial transactions and has a winning record in a wide variety of court proceedings involving real estate and business matters. Tom has also appeared on behalf of his clients before the Wisconsin Banking Division and before the Wisconsin Securities Division.
