Elizabeth Neary

Elizabeth divides her time between business and commercial litigation and cases related to children's issues, particularly adoption, termination of parental rights, foster parent issues and guardianships. She serves on the Board of Directors of La Casa de Esperanza, a Waukesha County non-profit organization.

Elizabeth Neary received a Certificate of Commendation from the Wisconsin Lawyer for an article she wrote providing a road map to the legal challenges and complexities attorneys face in helping parents and children find normalcy and stability in sometimes very troubling circumstances. The article is titled, "In the Best interest of Children: When Foster Parents May Keep Placement" (Sept. 2007).
