
Lance devotes 100% of his practice to litigation. He has received several honors, including Wisconsin's Leaders in the Law (2004) and Humanitarian of the Year-Wisconsin Federated Humane Societies, Inc. (1997) and was named a Marquette University Law School Thomas More Scholar. When he isn't practicing law, Lance provides service to his community as an Emergency Medical Technician. He is a Lieutenant for the Town of Delafield Fire Department and is a Commander for the Town of Delafield Search and Rescue Dive Team.
